Hahaha, I saw that one on George Takei's wall and it took me so dang long to find those dolphins. I don't think it really works, though, because a lot of the white space is illogical for the dolphin picture. I mean, the surrounding area is filled in dark, not left white, so why is that white there at all? If it were supposed to be primarily dolphins, the whole thing would be dark and just the dolphins light, or we'd lose the outer delineation of the figures by having the rest of the area be white. It doesn't really work.

...Plus there were all these people commenting about how they showed it to a five-year-old and the kid immediately saw naked people XD

XD George Takei's posts are like a treasure trove :) It took me a really long time to find the dolphins...but I felt better b/c Takei said it took him 10 min.
