Am I the only one that got any kind of enjoyment out of 'Boogeyman?' I really would like to know some reasons why you didn't like it. I would like some good examples too, not "because the female lead wasn't that attractive." I found Emily Deschanel to be quite attractive actually. So yeah...was it the acting you didn't like? The narrative? The setting/scenery? The music?
Yes you are the only one. Emily whoever was the ugliest one, her face was like a complete square. She looked like a dyke lol. The acting was fine, the story sucked and nothing ever fucking happened until the very end. It was a yawn-fest. I'm sorry I ever saw it.
Yeah it's beginning to seem like I'm in the vast minority here when it comes to this movie. I don't think that just because a certain character wasn't as attractive as you might have liked constitutes as a reason for disliking it though. The story could have been done a little better, but it was passable. The bulk of the story had to do with him confronting his past and uncovering clues about the boogeyman, not battling him to the death. The final confrontation is always going to be the climax of the movie. Well, I'm sorry that you didn't have a good time seeing this. I'm even more sorry if I gave you any false hope about it too...
A. I didn't say I didn't like it because people weren't attractive. While I didn't think that girl was attractive, her acting was fine. B. The acting all around in the movie was good. C. I wanted to see it before you told me anything about it and D. I perfectly understand what the movie was about, it was just extremely boring. You have to have action throughout the movie in order for it to be entertaining, even if he was just "confronting his past" I really just thought the movie was crappy. If you like it, that's fine, I'm sure I like movies that you don't like too :)
