So we're going from
to

1. Get your base. I got mine from vm-caps.com.
Duplicate 3 times. Set the two closest to the base to Screen 100%. Set the other one to Softlight 100%. It should look something like this:

( If your base is particularly dark, then make sure it is as light as mine so the results won't be super-dark.)
Merge layers.

2. Create a new raster layer and fill it with a light blue (#B4DCEE) and set layer to softlight 100%. It should look something like this:

3. Create another raster layer and flood fill it with a light pink (#F9C5E0) and set layer to (Color)Burn 100% It should look like this:

4. Create a raster layer and fill with a very pale yellow (#F6EEA8) and set layer to Multiply 100%. It should look something like this:

5. It looks a bit too yellow, so duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set that layer to Overlay 20%.
