After the one, two punch of Supernatural Plastique episode 8x02 of Smallville left me rather underwelmed. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. It was all rather dull. However, the Clark/Lois more than made up for it.
She also introduces a sense of fun and playfulness in his life. Keeping him from taking himself to seriously. Even without Lois knowing about Clarks abilities she knows that he can be so much more then what she sees. One of the main reasons I love Clois is that their relationship is so angst free. The were the only good thing in a completely forgettable episode.
I love Chloe/Davis. They're just perfect together and I want him to not be evil and hook up with her, like that Apocalypse AU guy. Him going evil will break my heart, I know it. Chloe/Davis has way more chemistry than Chloe/Jimmy ever did. To answer your question, Jimmy does know about Chloe's powers ... she told him in s7 when they were stuck in that elevator together and thought they were going to die.
Davis makes Chloe watchable for me, so I really hope he's not evil.

Hee! Glad I'm not the only shallow one.
I totally missed Ollie too.
Agreed!

Weren't they precious in that scene? I'm so excited about the Clois so far that there are no words.
I can't wait for Toxic, I love Clark, Lois, and Oliver, even better when they interact all together :D
Agrees with what you said:)

Bette: I know Charlie McGee. I've met Charlie McGee. You are no Charlie McGee.
For me it was a combination of a bad actress and a "been there, done that" kind of plot.

I think that was my main problem with Bette. The actress who played her was just plain bad. Although I did enjoy her scene with Tess, who just seems to ooze the femmeslash.
