yeah, i could relate to what you'd written. sometimes i get really depressed or anxious, and sometimes i have to rethink everything i was raised to think/believe, or at least i have to realize that i don't have to think/believe all, or any, of what i was raised with.
i'm gonna go buy a Virtual Ping-Pong game at park city, i think. it comes with two wireless ping pong paddles that you use to play against the computer (on a tv) or a friend. it's like a 21st century of the classic Pong game, and it's the first video game i'm half good at! it's good exercise, too, kinda, 'cause you gotta keep swing the ping-pong paddle (an infrared sensor, or something, picks up the signal from the ping-pong paddles).
i assume you carry around a journal with you a lot, for writing in? jeezus knows i do that (really, ask him, he'll be all, "oh yeah, keith and his journal are always a good pair (but maybe what's in the journal isn't of interest to anyonez else, sometimes.")
