Life in the Tri-cities is grand. I have come to terms with the fact that it's not so bad to live in a wasteland. Especially when you are working towards the future: crazy Pullman and beautiful Spokane. I just watched a movie this weekend called "Into the Wild" and it was amazing. I recommend it highly. I don't think it was based upon a book but must have just stolen the title.

I'm glad you're doing well. I miss you. If it makes you feel any better:

Boston is not a wasteland. There's far more in my line of sight than a burnt hill and still it feels stark and isolating. It's not so much about what's in your view but instead it's about how you choose to view it.

Please come this winter.

Into the Wild, Chris McCandless, Right? They just made it into a movie, but I wanted to read the book again before I saw it. You should read the book if you liked the movie Madi, it's not very long.

And mountains do make a difference for me. No matter what, when I look at them, I feel like everything is going good. i feel, REALLY HAPPY.

Ok, so I know that sounds really lame, but it's TRUE!!!!
