I've returned!

I've been AWOL for a few weeks, but I'm back now. My computer was in serious trouble (my PC guy sent me a picture of it and it was in pieces!). I still can't play the game on it, but that's to be expected with a laptop. I have so much CC catching up to do!

You can just add the shoes to the "body" group.
What you can do is just hide all the alpha layers (and fat/preg morphs if they are there) and just work on the body part of the mesh. Then unhide the alpha and everything should be fine.

It only really gets complicated when you try to add morphs, but since it is a request maybe you can share it without morphs or ask the person if they really need morphs.

That could be where I'm having problems. I looked back at the mesh and it looks like I made the shoes a separate group. Hmm.

I'm not planning on doing morphs for this mesh, as it's hard enough to work with already!

Yes, you should just be able to merge those two groups if you already have the shoes lined up to the legs. :)

Hey Amaryll! Thanks for posting because I do still need help with this. In my recent attempts at this meshing project, I have actually been using one of your tops because it was recommended in a meshing post that Trapping did. But it's honestly been so long since I looked at this project (over a month) that I'm going to have to look over some tutorials just to remember how to mesh!

HP's tutorial is really complicated and I got frustrated reading it.

Thanks for this response! I'm going to come back to it when I've got some time to work on this.
