Sigh. If it was noncon, I hope he gets nailed to the legal wall, and if it was con, I hope they manage to convince a judge of that. That's a hell of a thing to have happen during a scene. Basic gun safety, people!

Well... she had a restraining order against him, which he violated. Could have been a scene, or could have been basic sex. Right now they are convicting him of violating the restraining order. No idea why she is having sex with him if she has a RO on him.
According to one report, he was reaching for something on the night stand where the gone was when it went off.
