evan said when adam was bringing the dog back here, that him and his mom were gonna take him to Paws. then he said he was gonna train/take him to a school so he wouldnt be a complete idiot, but neither has happened, so he just stays really annoying.

not to be a dick to evan, but it doesn't seem like anyone really likes the dogs being there. You guys have made that pretty obvious. I don't mind them, but then again, I don't live there.
