you can actually get a work authorization card, which is issued by the INS, of course nobody would hire me if i didn't have one, its illegal and any place i would apply to would be reputable.

but that costs over $200 dollars and we don't have that kind of money right now, especially since we're expecting my green card within the next 3-5 months, it would be senseless.

it's not that i don't want to work.
i've worked two jobs since living here, im cool with working.
i like to work.

but right now, isn't the best time whether i want to or not.
we have one vehicle, i don't have a license etc.

but really, the whole point of the entry was to vent.
and really it was none of his business to begin with.
