did 10 jumpingjacks, 20 mountain climbs, 5 push ups, 10 toe touches, 10 circles backwards, 10 forward, 10 swimming circles, 20 ski lifts,10 ankle circles on each foot, 10 sec butterfly stretch, and 3 10 missippi toe touches. that might not sound like a lot but i did all of those 7 times today to help the kids warm up. and then i had them play
