My personal opinion is the upgrade order is Feet > Head > Body and then lol @ Hands and Legs.

When upgraded, the AF+1 feet become the best quick draw feet in the game, the best ranged attack/ranged accuracy feet in the game, and the best WS feet in the game. They make a decent melee TP piece too if you lack Denali Gameshes, Commodore Bottes, or any of the Haste pieces.

I did the hat next for the upgrade to STR, AGI, and ranged accuracy... those are all useful. I'm wishy washy about the Body, but definitely wouldn't get it if I had Skadi's Cuirie.
