So this weekend was our 4yr anniversary, and as a present Mel got us Pearl Jam tickets! She's awesome, I know. Only problem is, our friends decided to have their wedding ceremony that night too. So we went to the wedding for about 2 1/2 hours, then ditched out early to get to the concert. (c'mon, priorities)

Let me just say, they sounded fantastic

Fuck yeah! I saw them on the 19th and they were unbelievable. McCreedy did the entire solo (extended, of course) to Evenflow behind his head. Unreal. Eddy was on-point as usual. Dude, they pulled out "Rats"!!! Eelman has seen them over 20 times and never heard them play that, so it was definitely a highlight. I'm glad they didn't play Jeremy or Alive. So tired of hearing those songs I've deleted them fom my ipod. I would've liked to hear Animal or W.M.A., but still a great show! Definitely one of those bands you should see live, no doubt
