In about 17 hours my summer vacation will officially be over, and my life in the chaotic abyss known as High School shall begin anew for the last time. Hopefully. Ethan Frome... all you need to know is that they tried to commit suicide by sledding into a tree and it didn't work. That line completely ruined whatever tragedy I might have found in the book. Thank you, eleventh-grade class discussion.

BUT WE ARE BONDED! Or something. Calculus...isn't too bad just yet. We're going to start Limit things on Friday, which sounds kinda interesting? Myaah.

Well. We're supposed to present something significant in the book and talk on and on about it, why it's important and blah, blah. *ded* I'd rather do it on Wuthering Heights or Heart of Darkness. *pout* I wonder if I could talk about the sledding suicide = not-tragic-y. Phwee.

Limits... were weird. And kind of obvious. But L'Hopital's is fun. ^^;; Something significant... I suppose you could choose the irony? In the relationship between Ethan and Zeena, and how it's changed in the "present." Or Zeena in general. *nodnod* (See, I still remember the book, even though it's been like two years!)

...you should watch PPD. :O It's the only reason I "maho" in the first place.

...I don't even remember what is ironic about Ethan Frome. Except that, yeah. Zeena was a "rawr-y" character in the beginning and then ended up taking care of Maddie...Matt? Mattie...something. In the end. And yeah. Rawr.

I should re-read it.
