I'd like to write a blog, and maybe a book about spirituality, atheism and my search for g0d. I'd like your opinion on a) whether you think people would find that interesting and b) whether you think I have the ability to ( Read more... )

Thanks so much for taking the time to read a long post, and replying. You're the only one so far, but it's a busy time of year.

Yeah - it's not everyone's cup of tea. I am thinking and planning, and it might end up being somewhat like this blog. I think people want to "connect" with someone, so blogging about the movie I went to or the meal I burned is also helpful.

Oh, and I would be blogging plenty about atheism too, so it's not just about religion.

Thanks! You rock. Might interview you about being a non-religious Jew in the modern world ;)

I think you have the skills to write it, but it's not the sort of thing people comment on that much. But it's your journal, and I'm a proponent of writing for yourself rather than your audience.

I've had a few comments from non LJ people. I may add them in at some point. Most of them say "yes, write it, you write well but i'm not sure how many will find it interesting"

Comment! I have read this but didn't have a chance to comment before now. I'd read it. But in the same context as clubcat's third and fourth paragraph between different committments taking up my time....
