dude, at my school theres this black kid, and he was breaking into a car, and the police let the dogs go on him, he was unarmed too, and the dogs ripped the muscles out of his arm so its like dead, hes in the hospital now. ohh yeah and then when he was on the ground the cops beat the shit out of him w/ night sticks, til he was like almost unconcious.
