I've always hated Veggies, and never been a big fan of Fruits. In order to do the "LA Weight Loss Plan" and follow it properly, I had to increase my produce intake exponentially (which isn't saying much, considering my previous intake, but it was personally very drastic).

I tried Vegetarianism for about 5 months, but I did NOT like how I felt on it, and my physical Health suffered. After the week or 2 of re-acclimating myself to eating Meat, I became much stronger, more vibrant, and generally more Physically Fit in all ways.

I seriously doubt I'll ever go back. I've become quite the Meat-a-tarian ;-)
