[If your character uses MySpace a lot, feel free to recognize her as THAT GIRL WHO POSTS VIDEOS OF HERSELF SINGING EVERY DAY]

Fellow mutants, staff, and other unspecified humans or robots, my name is Rachel Berry and I plan to become a star. Although I’m three times a minority, being a Jew, and the product of two gay dads and a mutant, I’m sure that in the end it’ll make for an even more inspiring story, one deserving of its own short film series aired on BBC. They told Barbara Streisand to that she needed plastic surgery to make it in the beginning, and Funny Girl turned out to be a great commercial hit.

On another note, I really hope auditions for the musical aren’t closed yet. Maria has been my dream role since the age of six. Natalie Wood was a Jew, and as a fellow ethnic minority I can certainly relate to the struggles felt by many characters in the musical.

And despite the fact that everyone seems to be depressed about the fact that an evil mutant brotherhood recently broke into our school, I would like to remind everyone to take an OPTIMISTIC ATTITUDE while simultaneously enjoying this song.

And before anybody asks, yes that is my real voice. I find the excess autotuning used by many popular recording artists today to be incredibly demeaning to the work of true singers.

[OOC- Pretend that there are no background voices on the 'Halo' song]
