All right, I guess introductions are in order, aren't they?
My name's Kirk, James T. Kirk. Don't ask what the T stands for, I'm not telling. I'm from the Star Fleet Academy. Dumb named for a military academy, but whatever I'm not in charge of the place. Those pricks told me I had to come here to learn how to "control my powers" or I'd be kicked out indefinetly. I guess that means I'm on some sort of extended leave while here. But whatever.
So, I'm not here to learn how to be a super hero or anything, though that does sound awesome. But not as cool as graduating from that stupid Academy and really shoving it down the old man's craw.
