I've been looking up various resources trying to get a better handle on mentoring since my time as an online game admin hasn't prepared me for anything like this... I have no clue what I'm supposed to be doing, but there has to be more to it than taking roll and leaving the students to be.
What topics should I focus on? I found some general counseling books, and I think I need to dive into some dream interpretation. Don't ask... There's a few stress relief books that also look good.
Does anyone have any more suggestions? I want to get a better handle on this before the next major thing happens.
