KIND OF? The ~official app period CR post~ will go up on Wednesday, but this is a slightly different and more specific affair. The regular CR post is along the lines of PUT UP YOUR CHARACTER'S DEETS AND SEE WHAT YOU GET; this is more for folks looking for someone to help them out with some specific CR or character development.
SO if you need someone to help get your character out of their shell and have an idea of what kind of character would be best for that, if you want your character to have a DEADLY RIVAL, if there's some kind of relationship they have in canon that you'd like to try to mirror here with a different character - or if you just want them to have a date to the Valentine's Day dance, you can ask here to see if anyone's interested in making your CR dreams come true.
Heck, app period is only a few days off; if you're lucky you might be able to enable someone into apping specifically for your nefarious purposes.
