He really wants to explore the place, but there isn't time today. Pity.

"Just curious about the whole enigma you seem to have going on," Jane said, arcing his hands dramatically. "I can tell you think we're in the way, but really, attacks happen for a reason. Tell us about this one."

Ororo gave him a reassuring smile.

"We are only here to help, Dr. Soran," she said. "The more that we know about this incident, the better we will be able to address it."

He glances between the two of them curiously, then shrugs.

"Well of course, it all happened so fast. I'm not sure how much I can help you there. The station was overrun and I'm afraid I was knocked out. They seem to have got whatever they came for and left -- I am not sure what else I can do to assure you, but I really think there is little need for all this. I just wish to return to my research as soon as possible."

"Oh come now, I'm sure that line works on the anthill scientists you've worked with, but I can see right through that innocent bystander thing. Research doesn't draw fire unless it's something someone wants to steal or stop. Which one was it?"
