Okay. Today is a "good" day so far. Not many obsessive thoughts and I've been able to control my compulsions pretty good. I got stuck in a mental rut a few times throughout the day, most while I was in the car and had nothing to do but sit there. Arky sounds so cute. xD. I hate driving up steep mountains, they make me cringe. I can't drive up them either, i'll close my eyes and just sit there, thats a situation made for a car crash.
Do you get on AIM anymore? I suppose I need to start getting on MSN.
