2012 Asuka Digest☆★
Hello everyone, long time no update! I returned safely from Japan and possibly grew as a person. However, in the time since I have returned to school, I have lost all emotional maturity I gained (if I gained any at all, which is in doubt). In conclusion, I am a flat character.
I bought lots of stuff in Japan though!! Photobooks and DVDs and Figuarts and all kinds of things. Consumerism levels are a-okay. I think customs stole one of my dojins though. Yep, pretty sure. (But JK/Kengo D:)
The most important thing that has ever happened to me happened this year. I got to go to a D2 handshake event and I met Arai-kun and Sho-chan and Pudding and Shiramamama and Negitaku and You-chan and Kenki and my most important and beautiful and perfect and wonderful and cute kiddo in the entire world, Nishii Yukito ♥♥♥ Nothing else I have done in my life so far can compare to it. It was the most emotionally intense and impossibly fast less-than-half-an-hour I've ever experienced. Everyone is so attractive and nice and slkdfjslafj. Basically my dream is to meet them again and not be as star-struck this time XD and meet the ones I didn't get to see too XDD
Currently I am watching several dramas and animes. For anime, I'm watching Shin Sekai Yori and Magi this season. Dramas are Koukou Nyuushi, Sugarless, and Ooku, which are approximately listed in the order of which I like them. Koukou Nyuushi is exactly the kind of school drama I love and it came at just the right time, considering I've been really tired of school dramas in general recently. Minato Kanae is just really great c: and adaptations of her work are really great too, especially when they take really obvious visual cues from Kokuhaku |Db I am also watching KR Wizard and staying up to date on it! I should be watching Gobusters but unfortunately most of the time I am not.
Other than that I'm avoiding all of my homework and desperately hoping that I won't fail out of school and will instead graduate successfully while not actually taking any steps to make that take place. My motivation to do anything productive in society is approximately -24 on a scale of 1 to 10. Previously I was writing an essay for writing class (a class which I may fail, but maybe not) but suddenly Touji crashed and restored to a point before the essay was created, so all was lost. This tragedy led me to write this post, which I have been thinking about making for a while but didn't until right now |D
Anyway, I'd like to do something to distract myself from my swirling storm cloud of negative emotions, and I'm avoiding tumblr until I can become a person who's qualified to reboggle a certain post as my 6000th post, so I adapted an old 30 day chara meme to suit D2s instead, because I am nothing if not single-minded in my current fandom of choice. I would like to try to update it properly, but maybe it will not happen! I will try to be around more often, and perhaps comment on other people's blogulas too c:
