i arrived yesterday in Boston, took a subway to Harvard Square where i saw street performers and American Communist Revolutionaries, and bought a Red Sox hat (come on, i had to!). i watched a blues band play in Hyannis Port and then ate at the Picnic Box for breakfast today. Nathan is driving me to my cousin's house in Salem this afternoon.

i auditioned for Caryl Churchill's Vinegar Tom this weekend, a play about witch trials in England. oddly enough, with my "witch-like" red hair, i got cast as Goody - one of the witch hunters. i also am singing at least two of the 1950s style songs, which should be fun considering i was in a 1950s style musical back in 1997! i haven't done a ( Read more... )
