"shark attacks research diver"

It took me the longest time to parse this one. like, I was thinking [shark attacks] [research] [diver]. As in, some shark attacks researched a diver.

Uhm, hello? Did you see a comma between "attacks" and "research?" I think not.

I thought sharks weren't supposed to attack humans unless you aggravate them, or if they smell blood?

Shark attacks, research diver? That to me would mean nothing - just a list of "shark attacks, research diver." Obviously the real meaning makes more sense, but it's definitely not grammatically incorrect to parse it the way i did initially.
