I've kept everything bottled up inside yet i cant do it anymore.... My heart and soul have taken the full damage for this action. I feel like my heart is turning from a warm flame into the cold ice block I was trying to avoid. My soul feels alone striken by hatred and sadness. My thoughts are confused I dont have a clear everything is jumbled up
