damn. that was a near thing but still pretty damn brutal. you may put a warning in the future for attempted rape. though now that Gathright is dead, we don't have to worry about that point anymore. yayayay!!! so glad that Nyota killed that evil bastard.

Sometimes characters need real world experience and I am overjoyed with how adept Nyota Uhura is at saving herself. She'll need these skills in the sequels.

This is ultimately a Uhura-with-her-man-in-tow story! :D Seriously, she is an amazing woman and it's been a joy to work with her.

With all that's going on, Uhura is holding it together admirably. Considering how quirky she is under her "normal" stress, if she's only said one nutty thing, the girl's doing great!
You've got so much action in this fic that I'm getting kinda tired! That's a compliment; you've sucked me in so completely that I feel like a participant.
