Lactose sensitivity sucks lots, especially when it only effects you and not anyone else in the family. I'm lucky in that I'm alright eating yogurt and cheese every now and then because a lot of foods have cheese on them but milk is just n o ( Read more... )

I feel your pain. I developed this over the last four years or so and it is horrible. Sometimes I can eat it but other times I can time a watch with my body's reaction. Pretty instantaneous. Cheese curd milk...sadface

I just eat chocolate. I like it more anyway. But yes, had a pizza yesterday with some cheese and hoo boy...

I'm honestly not sure. They know lactose intolerance is a thing but every time I try to explain to them that I have it, they just completely disregard everything I say and go back to trying to get me to "drink more milk". >A>
