Scott maybe "FAT" people come to you because they have little or no self esteem and you give them confidence in themselves by piercing them, maybe you make them feel good about themselves.
I mean I don't always enjoy washing up old people and being up to my elbows in pee and poop but atleast I give my patients self worth and in a way in your job you give it too.
Put yourself in their shoes!!! We could all end up old and fat someday.
