if you think about it.. what is it that you'll lose? besides not eating junk food nothing.. personally, i think going on a diet is the best thing. everyone should do it. it makes junk food that much better. what you should do is..
::eat three meals a day without any snacks.. don't go all out on water, just substitute it for the stuff you drink now..and do your situps.. do this for monday-friday then give yourself a little break for the weekends (like eat one junk food day fri-sun)::
i think that will help you lose a few lbs and be happy at the same time!
lol.. i'm not a doctor but i think it's whats best for you.. lol you better think about it cuz i put a lot of thought into this.. lol.. love ya meghan!
