Well, well, well. Today wasnt to bad of a day, I was in a bad mood this morning, not sure why but sorry julia. She was my twin today and it rocked... everyone loved my socks, hehe!! Yeah! haha, so much of a change in i take it one thought process? i mean, if you can stick to this, 2 things will come out of it, you'll lose some lbs. and definatly some respect hopefully from yourself and definatly at least me. i cant stand not eating a lot... i eat a lot, and its all crappy foods. just make sure you dont tire yourself with too little calories for the day meng.... i mean 200 curls leaves you pretty drained.... make sure you stay healthy above all, and take care.

MEG! you dont need to go on a diet.. worry about what you eat when your 40.. not now.. haha.. Even though, I should prob go on one too.. now that cheering is done!

if you think about it.. what is it that you'll lose? besides not eating junk food nothing.. personally, i think going on a diet is the best thing. everyone should do it. it makes junk food that much better. what you should do is..
::eat three meals a day without any snacks.. don't go all out on water, just substitute it for the stuff you drink now..and do your situps.. do this for monday-friday then give yourself a little break for the weekends (like eat one junk food day fri-sun)::
i think that will help you lose a few lbs and be happy at the same time!
lol.. i'm not a doctor but i think it's whats best for you.. lol you better think about it cuz i put a lot of thought into this.. lol.. love ya meghan!
