Who was your FIRST prom date?
I think that would have been Cam Griffiths, although I'm wracking my brain to remember if we ever actually went to a "prom". I skipped my senior prom and went to go see Laser Floyd with friends instead.
Do you still talk to your FIRST love?
Nope. I have a tendency to lose folks from my past.
What was your FIRST alcoholic drink?
A beer on a pier in Mexico that my (then) uncle slipped to me, while on a boat trip to a nature preserve. Memorable also because we were feeding our raw fish to the huge rays under the pier.
What was your FIRST job?
Christmas tree lot attendant in Illinois. I was usually making pine rope in an unheated shed in 35 degree weather, and the pine rope machine is kind of infamous for cutting off fingers. I still think I got off lucky there, considering my natural dexterity.
What was your FIRST car?
It says a lot about my automotive aptitude that I have to answer this question: "A yellowish-beige piece of shit." I honestly have no idea what its make or model was.
What was your FIRST sport played?
Oh dear gods. My dad was convinced if I played enough of them I'd eventually be mediocre at at least one. I think my first was soccer, and it would have been in kindergarten/1st grade.
Where was your FIRST sleep over?
I have no idea. I suspect it was the girl next door when I was in kindergarten/1st grade, her name was Stephanie, and we were best friends for a few years. It freaked me the hell out when I saw her again around 4th grade and she wanted to play kissy games.
FIRST tattoo or piercing?
Also only tattoo, a brown peace sign/anarchy sign combo on my right shoulder. It seemed so apt in high school. Now... well, it just serves to remind me who I once was.
FIRST foreign country you went to for vacation?
Mexico, same as the first alcohol. Fun trip across lots of Mexico (Mexico City, the Yucatan/Cozumel, and Oaxaca) when I was in junior high, just the two of us.
What was your FIRST run in with the law?
Officially, I have had one run in the with the law, being asked not to sleep under power lines in the back of a truck while on a road trip. Unofficially, it would probably be the time Jason and I were chased on foot off a junior high school roof after we were caught breaking in to return the janitor's master keys. (It's a long story.)

My first and only detention was a fist fight I got into in 3rd grade. As per usual at that age, the kid and I became good friends immediately after.
