All about the eyes
Can someone please tell me how to salvage my incredibly dark (and horrendous) eye rings? It's pathetic looking at the state they're in, and even more pathetic not knowing what to do with them :( *i promise promise promise not to keep late nights (by that i mean beyond 1am-ish) unnecessarily heh*
