Right now I don't care about Bleach at all. My favorite character Rukia is getting boring. Ichigo's too generic. And the other 12+ captains/leutenants/other people are boring too. you are been seeing bleach, but his characters is begun to boring you?
You have been watching Bleach, but the characters are beginning to bore you?
We use "watch" instead of "see" when we talk about watching a show from T.V.
"Is" is singular, and "are" is the plural form of "is". Since "characters" is a plural noun, you have to use the plural form of the verb (are). (In spanish, "are" would be translated to están).
"Beginning" is the participle form of begin, kinda like how "empezado" would be the participle form of "empezar". So it would be "are beginning" (in spanish, I think it would be like "están empezado").
"To bore" is the verb, and "boring" would be its adjective form.

You have been watching Bleach, but the characters had begun to bore you?
"Had begun" would be the past participle form. The earlier correction (characters are beginning to bore you?) uses present participle form. I think either way would be fine ( ... )
