All right, here we go. A list of all the pros and cons of working at Coles at this present moment. The end result of this post may result in my resignation, but we will see

When it comes down to it, do you enjoy your job? I think the answer for that will tell you what you need to do.

-I don't like the capitalist system, valuing production over the work itself. It doesn't align with my personal values.
THIS! This is one of the reasons I'm finding it hard to consider working full stop. I HATE it and refuse to support it. But that is a huge factor I had in my decision to quit my job, as well as only one other factor, and I didn't have as many pros as you.

I might be biased right now as my experience at Coles was unfavourable and I feel strongly about some of your cons (plus the pro of less work = more money... that's the only reason I work personally - money ;D) but I support the quitting.

I was going to say something about work and employers, but my thoughts are too jumbled, I wish to sort them though. I hope I write them down when they are together. :}
