Jimmy +Lynnette

Jimmy and Lynnette got engaged in a photo booth (in San Francisco!) They won't show you the pictures, though. We had an extremely high attendance dinner last night at Chi-Chi's to celebrate. Everyone is mega excited. Jimmy and Lynnette go together like tomatoes and pasta, an obvious and perfect combination.

i always get deerhunter confused with deerhoof - not terribly impressed with either.

paint it black is pretty ok. if you like them you might like new mexican disaster squad. the name alone makes it worth checking out.

wtf is up with animal collective. they're older stuff was so good and then collectively decided to start sucking. of montreal did the same thing.

recommendations: good luck and los campesinos. both highly danceable.

oh yeah and the new matt and kim isn't as good as the first but it's worth a listen.

Thank you for the music suggestions, I will listen to every album you recommend. I REALLY like to hear what my friends like as far as new music, because there's not a whole lot of good stuff these days. It seems like most people our age don't care about music anymore... it's kind of depressing

Ya, the deerhunter guy is almost invisible. I was listening to Foals and Deerhunter these past few weeks before my Zune died. Good stuff. I agree with the Foals vocals though. The Deerhunter dude has a side project called Atlas Sound which is pretty cool ambient/melodic soundscapes
