Right on, I've got the recipe printed and ready to take home. I've got a rice steamer (got one for Xmas) so I might be able to cut some corners on the process. Now I've just got to figure out how to make 1 or 2 of the Chinese dishes I like and I'll never have to hit up Panda Express again! ;)
