I would have been just the same, but leaning more towards "thrilled". I still would be, really!

I guess so, or, well, a "non-life-size" T. Rex anyway. I'm not sure exactly how much they're worrying about anatomical accuracy, though! Some people have suggested it should have feathers... (As far as I know there is proof some dinosaurs had feathers, but no particular reason to think T. Rex did.)

That's really impressive, I had a huge interest in Dinosaurs when I was a child too.

I remember those sorts of things, though I don't think I had any magazines, just quite a few books. But they seem so quaint now, with their "guide to the most popular dinosaurs" and suchlike. Ah, the nostalgia! :)
