I've discovered that I have hypoglycemia. I may have diabetes, but hopefully I don't. I need to get tested for that. Diabetes runs in my family on both my dad and mom's side.. My dad and his mom have/had it, and my mom's dad has it

By all means see a doctor now! Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Get tested for diabetes too. Never mind that these things handicap you in a lot of different ways--they are life-threatening. So get it seen to now.
About the butterflies in your stomach, just what have you been eating--caterpillars? ;-) You don't need the butterflies to tell you if you like someone. There are a lot of other ways you know that. Do you want to be around him? Does he make you laugh or feel good about yourself? Does he make your heart feel light? When he smiles, do you smile too? Can you imagine going a day without seeing or talking to him? Does the thought of making him laugh or smile make you happy
