i've just been sitting here in my room packing all my shit into boxes to move to our apartment on thursday, with my itunes on shuffle. and while i was just sorting through stuff, "float on" by modest mouse came on. and i wasn't sad untill then, but once i heard it i just started bawling

um yeah. i know EXACTLY how you feel. down to the song and everything. it's weird, because for me and a lot of people i guess, music is one of the strongest connections to old memories. last year i listened to float on and like with you, all these memories came flowing back. that was a good song.
