Back from Big Love night at PaleyFest. Man oh man, there is only one Harry Dean Stanton. And he is pissed Roman is dead. They showed a clip package of the whole 3rd season rather than a single episode, which was cool. It was also cool that Grace Zabriskie and the cast were in the row right behind me watching it. Wow, so kewl!! Thanks for posting this and sharing so much info. Is this an annual industry event of some sort? Now I miss BL even more!

It (PaleyFest) is an annual L.A. event like a film fest, but for tv shows. It is over about 2 weeks - this year they had 14 different nights/shows. It is in a movie theatre, they screen an ep and then have a cast & creators Q & A. Always interesting! tag is "mtr event" :)

Oops, missed this post 'til just now. Thank you so much for excellent recap! I'm especially drooling over hearing that there will be more about Lois next season -- I want more of her backstory badly!

I have tried to find out about DVD's of Paley events in the past and it has seemed that they don't automatically make them available (which I think is dumb -- I was looking for the one about House for a Christmas present for a friend, and I totally think they'd have sold a huge number of those.) I hope they will issue a DVD of this event as I know it would be a huge seller among our fandom!
