It's hard losing someone...

My friend Phil recently lost his sister named Tasha. Now, I didn't really know Tasha that well, but Phil is one of my really good friends, and I've become friends with many people in Phil's family. It was really hard to see the pain that people I care about go through, and to know that you can offer them sympathettic words but it won't really help

Oh godness! I am so sorry! I hope the family is okay. I think the moment of silence would be a great idea.
