I am confused though? Whic hone is rgiht? lol. I didnt relally think it throuhg... but thats okay. I am detemrined to stick to it! After watching this video. Hey Molly!! If you do, do the no meats of any kind thing ...you know you'd have to start taking some kinda of vitamins cause protein is very essential in ur diet ...so it would probably be necessary...Hey those teachings/quotes/sayings whatever you call them were really good ....I like them ...I love quotes poems...etc...I write poems myself ...maybe one day i should start to post them ....but i hate posting live until i get them patented ya know ...wouldnt want anyone to steal them and say they are their poems ...that would suck ...Love ya Jenn

Hey sweetie! How is destini? I was thinking hte no meats of anykind and the no dairy, egg one. But i havent even looked it up! The same girl who posted all thoose saying quote things had this video on her my space nad it was of the way meat is you know nad i dont htink i could evereat it again, i am not trying ot preach it is a personalk choice of course. but i think it is gonna be hard. I odnt know what to eat! i am so picky but i also think it can help in the weight losss area too, maybeee?? not myintention but maybee a bonus! I read youre post about you weight plan?
