No history whatsoever?

Hi - New user. I've tried to download history several times, and all that comes up is "0 out of 0". Any advice? Thanks!

Try hitting "Refresh" first. Don't know if that's what you're supposed to have to do, but it worked for me!

I'm trying Update History first (download was coming up as 0 out of 0 for me too)....we'll see. It's taking a looooongg time...

If you get the "0 out of 0" message then you have a corrupt History file.

Make sure you have the latest version of Xjournal, delete the file at /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Xjournal/History.plist", then click on the Download button in the History windows, and it should start downloading.

What's your suggestion if after deleting the corrupt history file, then clicking Download again, it still says 0 of 0?
