Downloading History

Okay, I've got Version 1.0.6b6 (344) operating on Mac OS X version 10.6.8 on a clean install. Trying to get my history backed up locally from scratch and not getting any of it. "Downloading 0 of 0" is the answer I get.

Possible root causes of this?

What steps are you following? Have you done a Refresh? Can you see the years of your journal in the History window? (Also: try a Refresh, then restart XJournal. Seem to remember there's some bug about unseen years not showing up until after a restart, following a history refresh...)
