It takes really talent to such the character out of Raistlin and Sturm, but they managed it.

These days I've taken to avoiding any movie with the word "Twilight" in the title, and I will trust your judgement in this case.

Haven't seen it, but I just have to imagine that the other Twilight is a masterwork compared to this abomination.

Trust me, the cover art is like a Da Vinci painting next to the actual animation art. It's also mixed 2D animation with 3D (think 1995 level 3D) animation for the dragons. It's painfully awful.

I think about that every time I read the books. What it would have been like to be the guy who was Sturm. And was that noble stand on the rampart, and subsequent death, just the result of a bad roll?

I actually really love the new D&D. It did take me a while to get my head around it, but it really makes playing more fun for all classes. And there are lots of classes, and races. Lots of options. However it isn't without faults
