I don't really see how it's disrespectful. That was someone Phil knew for two+ decades,and he was just brutally murdered,for a completely unjust cause. I watched that video,and I've done coke several times,and I can tell you he didn't snort blow. He may have been on a serious downer (AKA HEROIN),but,consider the circumstances,he's heavily intoxicated to attempt to forget what's going on,he looks like he hasn't slept for days,and putting everything into retrospect,I don't know how he could. The(now ex) feud going on between the members of PanterA,and Phil was awful,they all said fucked up shit about each other,and phil had a lot to say about Dimebag in particular,all derogatory.I think wasted or not,what he said was heartfelt, I mean fucking a,he can't even go to his funeral. You just lost your brother recently,how would you feel if you couldn't pay your last respects,or say good-bye? I think that'd be the worst feeling ever;and I certainly don't think your response would be puppy dogs and butterflies,or sober for that matter. The
