I read a poem once that helps me on mornings I have to convince myself there's a good reason to get out of bed (like the last 2 weeks.... you're not alone, I think it's the change of the season, and mars being too close to the moon. when their powers combine it does wierd stuff, just like captain planet.)

the poem goes:

there are worse things than
being alone
but it often takes decades
