Erin and I are so very, very close to moving into the condo we bought. Moving is being interrupted by a boat and a rum factory. Hard to complain about that but I'd like to be moved in already. To be fair, I bought a shit hole, and turned it into a condo. We closed the deal in November and we're just getting it to barely livable now. On a scale of Alabama to Massachusetts its a Canada. Not as bad as New Jersey, but you still wouldn't want to live there.

That's just hilarious, I'm sorry, of all things to live near, are you sure you didn't plan it???

Where is your condo, and when am I invited, I like redecorating and painting. ((Did I mention I cook too???)) Hopefully you haven't had to spend much money, have you been to Ikea yet? It's very INEXPENSIVE with very cool things to furnish your place.
