So I guess this may be a bit of a movie post since I spent most of today watching movies.  January's been an awesome movie month for me, starting with Slumdog Millionaire and ending (?) with Vicky Christina Barcelona.  I wasn't disappointed with any movie that I watched this month except for possibly Killer Klowns from Outer Space, but we'll get to ( Read more... )

I think I would actually like Killer Klowns from Outer Space. As long as you watch it with a ...Candycanes on a Plane mindset, I think it would be good.

I too liked Slumdog, but I think Milk is better. And I'm glad someone like Vicky Cristina Barcelona besides me. I was feeling lonely after Saddison's intensely negative reaction to it.

If you just watch it as a bad movie without trying to decide if it deserved to be made in the first place, it is fairly amusing. That's how I got through it, myself. I'm sure you would enjoy it. I haven't seen Milk yet, but it's on my list of things to watch in the next few months. I plan on watching at least one new movie a week, so I'm sure I'll see it soon enough. I don't know what Saddison was talking about with VCBarcelona, but I really enjoyed it (as I've told you before). Penelope Cruz was so good!
